A non-invasive diagnostic method that consists of a 12-channel ECG recording, blood pressure measurement, carotid Doppler using a special and most advanced Doppler probe, echocardiography of the heart and aorta with the most advanced probe and echocardiographic software for diagnosing all conditions of the heart muscle, heart valves, heart chambers and atria, and the heart septa; taking the patient’s medical history, establishing a diagnosis, prescribing appropriate therapy, and providing recommendations for further follow-up.
